Vitality shareholders elect four new directors and approve all resolutions at AGM

Vitality Products Inc. held its annual and special general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") on July 21, 2009. The board of directors is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to vote at the AGM passed with an average of 99.9% approval from the votes cast. Robert C. Fletcher, Rick V. Gannon, Brian L.
