• Power Iron + Organic Spirulina: Take at lunchtime or 3 hours apart from multivitamin tablet.

Time release tablets support the effective absorption and use of key vitamins and nutrients by your body. VITALITY’s time release multivitamin tablets are made with plant fibres to slowly release nutrients over 2-3 hours and are free of wax or enteric coating, which can irritate the stomach or block absorption of nutrients.

• Once VITALITY’s vitamins and supplements are manufactured they are sent to an independent, third party lab to test and evaluate the ingredients are of high quality and consist of the ingredients listed on the label. All labs are licensed with Health Canada.

• Both Cyanocobalamin and Methylcobalamin are forms of vitamin B12. Cyanocobalamin is converted in the body to Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, both important for many functions in the body. Methylcobalamin supports blood formation and Adenosylcobalamin supports the nervous system. Cyanocobalamin is also used in B12 shots and is the most stable form of B12 which is important for time release multivitaimns. By taking Cyanocobalamin you insure you are getting both forms of the important vitamin B12.

• VITALITY’s Super Multi+ is suitable for every diet. The Super Multi+ is not made with any animal products or tested on animals and for that reason, all VITALITY products are vegan friendly.

• Much of the iron we take in though our diets we do not absorb. VITALITY’s Super Multi+ formula has 10 mg of non-heme iron suitable for both men and women to assist in blood oxygenation and energy.
